Brenda Harrington is the author of the book “Access Denied: Addressing Workplace Disparities and Discrimination.”

Also, Brenda is the CEO and founder of Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC, a service business that offers coaching and consulting solutions to help companies develop and grow top talent.

As the Executive Coach to global leaders in private and public sectors, helps clients refine their leadership so they have the greatest possible impact.

Brenda completed coaching certification at Georgetown University and Global Mindset certification at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She holds a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University.
